Dunkin’ Donuts Unveils Chocolate That Tastes Just Like Their Coffee

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and I’m a big fan of chocolate—especially treats that combine chocolate and coffee. So I was thrilled to learn that Dunkin’ turned their signature coffee flavors into candy.

The new sweets are called Dunkin’ Coffee Thins. They are thin square pieces of chocolate that include Dunkin’ coffee beans for a clear coffee kick in every bite.

These candies were reportedly tested in limited locations in 2014 and again in 2018, and now they appear to be more widely available. It took some time, but many fans can finally try them.

Coffee Thins come in Original Blend and Caramel. They do contain some caffeine from the coffee beans, though the amount is modest.

So far they’ve been spotted at CVS. I’ll be heading to my local store tomorrow to look for them—an essential trip, naturally.

I hope Dunkin’ expands the lineup with more flavors. During past test runs they offered Peppermint Mocha and Pumpkin Spice. I can skip Pumpkin Spice, but Peppermint Mocha sounds right up my alley.

I’m excited to try them tomorrow. Which flavor would you taste first, and what flavors would you like Dunkin’ to add?
