Easy to present

Nutritious and Irresistible

Creamy Brie forms the base of this appetizer, while SweeTango® apples bring bright flavor and satisfying crunch. These apples combine notes of honey, spice, and citrus, which pair beautifully with warm, melted cheese. SweeTango® apples are seasonal, typically available from late summer through early winter, and they’re excellent both baked and fresh.

Apples aren’t just delicious — they’re a wholesome snack that supports gut and heart health, with no fat or cholesterol. The walnuts in this recipe add texture, healthy fats, and antioxidants. Together with the Brie, they create an appetizer that feels indulgent yet balanced.

How To Make SweeTango® Apple and Walnut Baked Brie

This recipe is wonderfully simple: slice, layer, and bake. Slice the wheel of Brie horizontally to create two thin rounds, like a small top and bottom bun. Layer diced SweeTango® apples and chopped walnuts between the rounds so every bite has fruit and crunch. Baking softens the cheese so it becomes perfectly spreadable without turning runny.
