How to Make S’Mores Apple Nachos
Step 1: Gather ingredients and preheat the broiler (oven or toaster oven broiler will work).

Step 2: Wash, dry and core the apple, then slice into 1/2-inch wedges. Arrange the wedges on a large oven-proof dish or pie plate.
Step 3: Place mini chocolate chips and unsweetened almond milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 20–25 seconds, then stir until smooth and fully melted.

Step 4: Drizzle the melted chocolate over the apple wedges, then scatter the mini marshmallows on top.

Step 5: Place the dish under the broiler for 20–30 seconds, or until the marshmallows puff slightly and turn golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
Step 6: Finish with crushed graham cracker crumbs sprinkled over the top and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes
If you don’t have a broiler, warm the assembled nachos in the microwave for 15–20 seconds to soften the marshmallows. The texture will be melty but not toasted or browned.

- 1 apple (Fuji, Honeycrisp, Pink Lady or Gala work well)
- 1-1/2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 sheet graham crackers, finely crushed (about 2 crackers)
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler.
